The PICU Research team at the Lady Cilento Hospital sent this video package to us. They did not have to. They did because they are the most caring, kind, thoughtful people you could ever meet. They personally sent a little memory box, printed out all the still photos from the video file, sent a beautiful, thoughtful, hand-written, empathetic card expressing their grief and sadness at the loss of our beautiful Lincoln.

I remember this day well, all the nurses and doctors were excited, the camera crew were in the PICU to film our little Lincoln as they were shooting a documentary on the benefits of the high flow oxygen system. This was Lincolns 'claim to fame'...his '15mins', he was a natural, he was a star! We were so proud of him and the camera crew were amazing, so caring, so kind, so intrigued and so interested and captivated by our little Lincoln. What he had been through, what he had endured and he was here...still fighting.

Without High-Flow, we wouldn't have been able to pick Lincoln up, bath him, sit with him on the floor, put him in his bouncer, take him for walks in the pram...none of this would've been possible. He would've been intubated and confined to a bed, not being able to move around much, most likely not surviving as long as he did. I am so glad we were able to have this available to us at Lady Cilento and that we were able to create 5 months of very special and very precious memories with little Lincoln...
